SCAM-NO 3 MONTHS FREE with BUYING THREE MONTHS OF XBOX LIVE

I purchased on the US Microsoft Store site on June 15 and still have not received the free three months either. Terms and conditions said 10 business days until I receive the code. It has been well over this. I have contacted various customer service
reps with always being told they cannot help me and sending me to different reps. I even contacted via Twitter for help. No resolution yet even after being contacted by someone last week, who promptly said they didn't know what I was talking about and yet
again referred me to someone else, who I haven't heard back from. It has been now nearly 2 months since purchase.

Buy 3 months of Xbox Live get 3 months free

I purchase I purchase 3 months of Xbox Live service and was promised to get three additional months for free on January 24th 2018 on xbox.com. I have yet to receive my three additional months.

 

Problem with Xbox Live Gold Abo

After buying an Xbox One S I received one month free of Xbox Live Gold. I bought a 3 month subscription card later and activated it either on the same day or one day later. During the Activation of three month Prepaid Live Gold I received an error that there
was some problems. Two or three days later I saw that one month free Live Gold Subscription was activated and the other one was there but with no details (I was sure it will activate as soon as the free time ends). After one month (on 28th December) 30 day
free Trial ended and 6,99 was deducted from my Paypal account for another month (which I was forced to give, in order to activate the first free month) and at the same time I did noticed that the 3 month Prepaid Subscription had only 2 months left. In other
words I had 2 Xbox Live Gold Subscriptions running at the same time (one free and one 3 month Prepaid) and no information or warning about it.

I already canceled the first "free" Xbox Live Gold Subscription and I only got 5,87 back from the 6,99 I paid. If it wasn't enough, it seems that I did not get any free time at all, because my 3 month Prepaid Subscription was activated straight away after
I input the code. What's funny about it I couldn't use all the futures of Live Gold membership (for example getting a free game) because you need to spend some money first (pay for the Subscription at least once).

 

UPDATE: I now have spoke to over 15 different Microsoft people and also tweeted with the Microsoft store about it. I am just getting the runaround and no one seems to be able to help me as they pass me off to the next person. Today, sales & promotions
are telling me it is a xbox problem. Still no remedy in sight. Good luck to anyone who is trying to actually get what they paid for.

 

UPDATE #2: After an hour on the phone with an Xbox representative, they could not verify the promotion and were not going to honor it since I did not take a screen shot of the page that showed the promotion. I just asked for my money back and I told them
that they were scamming people, but it fell on deaf ears. By the way, the representative stated that they never send emails with promotions as everything is added to your account on the day of purchase/redemption. It seems to me that no one at Microsoft
knows what they are doing regarding this issue that has been documented throughout these forums since at least 2017. Therefore, I recommend never buying any type of promotions from them that require an additional email for the promo part as most likely it
will not be honored or received.
