    Got an email with my Xbox live rewards statement at bottom says there is an issue with your account and days last month 7800 points earned 0 out of the 7800 points were deposited last month please help me

    Hello luizavale,

    Your deposit is being prevented due to a mismatch between your US Rewards Account region and your Brazilian Microsoft Account region. When you register into the Rewards program, we create a Rewards account based on your Microsoft Account region at the time
    of registration. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region will not also change your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional
    currency, it cannot complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency.

    However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location.

    Hello, I have two questions. First, I asked a deposit on my account around 2 months ago and still havent received anything.

    I also got and e-mail from Xbox live Rewards saying "There seems to be an issue with your account: please reach out to our support forum team."

    I wish to know what is the issue with my account and why haven't i received the deposit in brazil currency on my account.

    Hi XtreamzMichael. Unfortunately, there is currently an issue which is preventing a deposit to your Microsoft account. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts
    the process. This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team, since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved.
    While their fix was able to let us make a deposit in June, they have not yet been able to provide us with a consistent solution to this error. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency.

    If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
    to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog.
