    Hi there, I hope you can help as Microsoft support is zero help. I have a series x and it says that I redeemed my game pass ultimate 24 months free on my account. But when I try and use game pass it says I can sign up and I have to pay. I logged in on my xbox app and it let's me send games from game pass on there to my xbox but xbox won't let me play them as doesn't think I have valid membership. Very very frustrating. I've added a payment method still no joy

    You can add the 24 months of Ultimate to your existing subscription as long as it won't go over 36 months. If it were to go over the 36 months, you would need to wait until you have 12 months or less remaining on your subscription before redeeming the 24

    The code does not expire. You can add the 24 months of Ultimate to your existing subscription as long as it won't go over 36 months.     How to revert Game Pass Ultimate subscription to Microsoft managed after cancelling bundle with 3rd party company?

    I did manage to find an 'order history' page on my Microsoft account that shows 24 entries for Game Pass Ultimate redeemed on Nov 17 which I assume would be from when I claimed with my Telstra All Access account so I think that concern is over. But I still can't find anywhere that tells me how much Game Pass Ultimate is left.

    OK I will try to contact Telstra again and see what they say. They weren't very helpful when I asked last time.
