Says Service Is Suspended Can't Renew Game Pass

Purchasing errors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at
http://billing.microsoft.com and also check
http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to redeem codes or purchase subscriptions etc.

If all looks fine then try to add game pass again.

Also check that the Xbox Live account , the console and code all match region wise, using different regions for any of them cause issues too.

If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at
http://support.xbox.com/contact-us they can do a more indepth look into this issue.

like the previous post says, turn off auto renew, but do NOT cancel as it will cancel xbox live gold, game pass etc and whatever you have left on it, just turn off auto renew, let things run out then sign up to whichever service you want, ie gold, game pass
or game pass ultimate.

I also had the same issue recently after renewing my game pass. Have you tried turning off the auto-renewal?

You can sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services. Just turn off the recurring billing and please do not cancel the subscription. Then try to check if it still says your game pass is expired.

No you can't suspend your Xbox live account but you can suspend your auto renewal payment option.

Also, it says my game pass subscription was suspended.
