Says my license transfer has already been used

Ok so as i was about to game share with my friend on xbox 360 it tells him that my license has already been transferred 3 days but i never used my license transfer that day and im the only one that has my password because i change it every other week because
im kinda insecure but yea please help

The license transfer tool is only to be used in the event you get a new console. It's not meant for game sharing with others and could put you and your friend at risk for being banned for marketplace theft.

I have tried using the transfer tool on the website, however it says my console is already has the licenses and will not continue

I guess I forgot to specify, I have 360's. And I've already been to that link, basically it says to how to use license transfer and how the licenses work, unless I'm missing something. As I said in my first post, I tried License Transfer, and that was two
days ago, so I can't try it again until January. If anyone has any info as to any possible solution, besides License Transfer please tell me, and if anyone can tell me why License Transfer didn't work for this, because it has for me in the past, please tell
me that too.
