Says I own a dlc I dont own

Did you buy the Taken King dlc for Xbox One or Xbox 360?

First of all, I would make sure you are signed into the profile you used to purchase the DLC content. If that doesn't work, I would contact Xbox Support and/or Bungie.

try Soft Reset xbox one

Let's try to power cycle your console. Please hold down the power button on the front of the console for approximately 15 seconds until the power light shuts off. Wait about 60 seconds, then power it back on. Be sure you see the green "XBOX ONE" animation loading
screen when you power it back up. check the add on games

An Xbox support agent would be able to go through your order history for you as well as checking the licenses for all your owned content.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue that you're experiencing.

Are you currently signed in to the account that owns the license to the game?

I would first suggest
Remove / Add the profile from the Xbox console .

Once you've tried that, go to the Xbox Store on the console and try to launch the game from there.
