    When I start up my Xbox 360 on the home screen it says I have Xbox live but wheni want to play online multiplayer on call of duty black ops 2, it says that I'm not authorized for Xbox live. Why? What happened?

    my 3mgold membership finished but it wont let me redeem my 14 day and says i already have xbox live!

    please help , my 3 moth membership has finished , so i try redeem a 14 day trail and it says i already have a xbox live membership but it wont let me play any mutiplayer or online and also it says my party chat is blocked (Ox89231022)

    battlefield 3 wont play.

    hi i have got xbox live on the gold account and wanted to play my mates on live with battlefield 3 on the mutiplayer disc and it would not let me play with my matebut it would let me play in a public game witch i was not intresed in. so i then put in my
    single disc in and it wont let me play it full stop can someone plaese help me thanks

    Of course you need gold membership to play online multiplayer games in xbox live

    im having the same problem, updated from the xbox live free membership to gold and it still says free and wont let me play on xbox live. every time i try to it just says my account isnt aloud to play on xbox live?
