    why should i have to purchase the game again aftre i spent 90 bucks ont the game to begin with...i have the ultimate edition/play anywhere and cant play it on the xbox when im not at home....have worked with blizzard and activision and they suggested i seak
    with microsoft directly...its on ttheir end

    My Xbox starts up good. However, when I go to login to cold war it lets me pass the first screen but then it says I have to redeem it, and I proceed then click on the screen and it only says store, redeem. I checked my internet and reset my xbox but nothing.
    I clicked the button and all to advance but won’t do nothing.

    You've got confused with the way the game is sold. It has cross platform play, but it's not cross compatible. The PC version from Blizzard doesn't cross over to allow a free download for the Xbox on Xbox Live. The Xbox game is a separate purchase.

    Cold War is actually not a Play Anywhere title as it's not available for purchase through the Microsoft Store on PC.
