    I have my xbox set to USA as its always been since thats where i originally bought jt and set it up, i was gifted a game dlc but when j entered the code to redeem it, it said i was in the wrong region. Myself and the gifter are in the same region and have
    our microsoft accounts set up as such. Please fix this issue becaise i feel as though many are having this issue

    I know the following information is not what you were expected, but I’m afraid to say that your friend can’t ask for a refund because the code was already redeemed.

    I understand that. What I am saying is that the code was sent from (I assume) Microsoft, and I never had input in the region, so what do I do with the code now. Keep in mind, I have no intention of changing my region just to redeem a code that was sent for
    the wrong region for some reason.
