Says I can go gold to receive more back. However, I'm already a gold member.

Hello,

On the rewards website it says that I can earn more back if I go gold. I am already gold though and have been for quite some time. I have it to renew on a monthly basis and take it directly off my card. However, it is only giving me 2% back instead of the
4% at VIP Level 2 because it is saying I'm not gold. Is there anyway this can be fixed? It used to say I was gold when I had first signed up but it hasn't for quite some time now so I have not been enjoying the full benefits of MyRewards.

Xbox Live Rewards not recognizing that im gold.

I signed up for rewards and I'm already a gold member. However it says I need to be gold for features such as my stats. It doesn't recognize that I'm already gold. Can anyone fix this? It even blanks my gamerpic out and replaces my gamer score with "become
gold" when I switch from Xbox live site to Xbox rewards site.

Gold membership

I've been a gold member for a long time now. However when loading my game the cloud option says "upgrade to gold" as if I wasn't a member already...What is going on?

 

Hi a Massive Yak. We looked at your account and you are recognized as Gold in our system and you have been receiving the Gold amount back in payback. You were awarded 4% for your November and October purchases.
