Says Can't Download AC4

Every time I try to download AC4, it says Can't download. I have the disc and tried downloading it there, it said it couldn't! Would you be able to help me, anyone!

Download games problem!! BIG PROBLEM

Hi, I have a big problem. I tried to download AC3 and AC4, but when the download come to 80% , Xbox says me "can't download AC3/AC4" ... I tried to download them again , again and again , but the same result!!! I delete chache's memory, I test if my Xbox
360 was banned/flagged even though it is not modicated. Also with MW1-2-3 happens the same thing. Then, if I download a little game like "world of tanks" , it doesn't give me problems. Please help me. :/

I have tried that... It's so old I can't even find it in my download history... Oh well, after next Friday I'll be all about AC4!

 

I am getting the same error.

 

For download issues, try deleting then reinstalling. Also, I'd recommend resetting your modem/router and safely power cycling your console (shut down then unplug for 3 minutes).

If that doesn't work, support.xbox.com is your best bet.

 

No matter how many times I tried downloading ACIV:BF from the marketplace, it would fail.

I couldn't delete anything as it hadn't downloaded anything, so delete-then-reinstall wasn't an option.

My solution: go to Settings -> Account Management -> Download History, and selecting Download Again there worked.
