Saying my Nat type isn't open

First off here is a link for you to be able to check the status of Xbox Live services if you are having issues, which may be due to an issue occurring on Xbox's services.

If you are having issues with NAT not showing as open, be sure to check your network settings on your modem/router are correct and up to date and enable port forwarding for Xbox services. Also I would recommend setting a static reserved IP address for your
Xbox on your modem and also on the Xbox itself as this will help with the setup of port forwards and also ensure your device does not have issues acquiring an IP lease from your equipment should you have many devices connected. Below is a link specifically

If you continue to have issues after setting up port forwarding I would recommend contacting Xbox technical support tonfurther troubleshoot your issues.

I also forgot to mention, my NAT type always says Open, which doesn't make sense why multiplayer isn't working

My Xbox console says Open NAT type, but i cant find any description of a NAT type on my PC or my phone

I did try to clear the MAC address and it did work, my NAT type changed to open and i thought everything was fixed. I got on again today and it said it was not working again. My NAT type says open but when i check NAT it says it is unavailable.

It says my nat type is open right now.
