Saying my email is incorrect when it is not

under account info i see this message over the account status bit.

Some of the information we have on file appears to be incorrect. Please ensure the personal email associated with your Microsoft Commerce account is correct by clicking the button below. If it is in fact correct, please create a post in our support forum here.

if i try and update email it just logs into my Microsoft account as if it is already linked. its has been fine ever since i started the program but am not sure why its now saying my email is incorrect when in fact it is not was wondering what to do thanks.

When I try to log into my 360 with my new email and password (which works on my X1), I get an error code that says the email or password are incorrect.

the problem is that it says that my "parent email" password is incorrect. Yet the email that is "attached" is in fact not the email address at all. and when i try to log in with the email you guys says was the parent email it says does not exist with microsoft
account. i spend 4 hours on the phone with support.
