Saying i'm not subscribed to Game Pass on Windows 10

Hello, I recently redeemed my Discord Nitro reward to get the Game Pass for 3 months, after downloading the Game pass (Beta) app, I also installed on another family members computer, they were able to download games and everything that came with game pass,
I came back to my computer and it says i'm not even subscribed, i click "Redeem" and it says that i need to "Confirm your Microsoft Store account" and asks me to set my account as the "Store Account", when I click the button, it comes up with a Problem saying
"We weren't able to set the Microsoft Store account. To do this yourself, launch the Microsoft Store." After launching the store and logging in, it doesn't change anything within the Game pass app. But it works perfectly fine on my phone and on another computer.

I didn't buy Game Pass Ultimate, I redeemed a code for regular game pass on PC and yes I am using the same login

I have the same issue, I have to reconfirm which account has game pass EVERY time I open the app, even just un-minimizing it, it's very frustrating. If I don't do it, it defaults to a different account.

Ans the game is included in the Game Pass PC which i am subscribed.
