Saying I Have No Captures When I Do

so when I go to my profile and go to captures it says I have none when I actually do and I did have some earlier today. And also my captures I am taking now are uploading but not going to my captures area so if anyone knows what's going on plz help!

Help! XBox Live keeps saying I have no Internet when I do

My Xbox One keeps disconnecting from Xbox Live saying I don't have Internet connection any longer, when I do and it's working fine with all my other devices throughout the house connected just fine.

This has happened several times in the past week or so and is getting frustrating. Nothing has changed within my setup, I am wired connected using ethernet cable, and I do not use wireless with it at all. I have followed Xbox site's advice and have power
cycled my router with a 5 minute unplug on my router each time and upon doing this, it will miraculously get the Xbox One back connected to Live again. This makes no sense since I had Internet connection just fine on all other devices.

I am getting tired of having to keep doing this process over and over again, not to mention the frustration of it all too. Can anyone please help me?

Xbox saying I do not have a gold membership when I do

The xbox keeps taking me to the the box live payment page then tells me I have a gold membership already. I can't play any games online

It's not just you. Give Xbox some time and i imagine we'll see it fixed or at least Service Status will show an issue but either way, they're not gone, looks like just an issue retrieving from cloud at the moment.

I just countered this problem myself starting a few days ago. Distressing to see that people have been dealing with this problem longer than I have. As I was writing this comment I noticed that some of my captures have loaded back to my capture section
on the Xbox app and Xbox but it shows my most "recent" video was 71 days ago. I guess it's still loading the rest. But yes I don't know how this problem came to be but I hope it gets fixed for everyone.

Please check again on https://account.microsoft.com/services if your Gold membership is really up to date.

If it is, delete your profile from your console, and clear the system cache on the console.

On the
Xbox One follow these instructions to remove your account. On a
Xbox 360 follow these instructions. (On the 360 DO NOT delete the content associated with the profile, otherwise you'll lose your savegames and offline achievements!)

After the profile was deleted, hold the power button on the Xbox One for about 10 seconds and then turn the console on again.

On the Xbox 360, go to the storage settings, choose any storage drive and press Y. Choose to clear the system cache, and repeat that process three times.

Then download your profile again according to the instructions above.

tried that its not there

am i missing something? when i turn game on capture and control is there in the list when i click on it i get a message says it needs to be downloaded click A it takes me to a screen with 40K banners and the "capture and control" banner says click
A to unlock. Click on A and it takes me to the list of DL content but its not there. i have the dreadnought chaos and capture the flag add ons but cant play capture and control as its not in the list
