    Is there any way to save a puzzle as a picture in Microsoft Jigsaws

    Trouble with Microsoft Jigsaw puzzles

    Since the beginning of August Microsoft Jigsaw Puzzles has not been saving my daily challenge results. Is there a known issue?

    Please advise.

    Technical Problem

    I just downloaded the "Heart Shapes" collection and have put several of the puzzles together but the second I finish any of them, the app closes without saving or giving me the stats. When I reopen the app it shows the puzzles are in progress instead of
    being finished. Is there a problem with the app?

    microsoft ultimate word games word twister not opening for january 17th

    I recently started having issues with the Word Twister game not saving to the last puzzle that I completed. It reopens 4-5 puzzles back and I have to replay those 4-5 puzzles. The game was fun until this started happening. I may have to abort.

    Unfortunately the problem returned. I uninstalled and then reinstalled the app but the problem remains. You suggested further possible solutions i.e. steps A B & C but this is getting outside of my comfort zone and abilities so will stay with the app by usng just the provided puzzles. Not ideal but at least I will be able to use it.

    No I just close the app and then reopen it.

    If I reinstall the app will I lose all the puzzles I have completed and the ones created from my own photos?
