Saving game on Toy Story 3 (xbox360) on my Xbox series X

Hello I’m hoping you can help.

I have just purchased Toy Story 3 (xbox360)

for my son and started playing it on our Xbox Series X as it has backwards capability.

The gane works fine but on starting it up it will not let me sign in to Xbox live in order for my son to save his progress.

If he can’t save it it becomes a pointless gane for him because he’ll have to keep starting from the beginning.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

We will be needing to remove and re-add the Xbox 360 profile on the Xbox console so he can successfully save the game progress.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Load up an Xbox 360 backward compatible game

2. Press the menu and view button on the controller at the same time to open the Xbox 360 guide

3. Press "X" to sign out of your account

You should see an option labeled as "Download Profile" then press "A" to confirm

4. Enter your Microsoft Account credentials.

Here in the Netherlands also error 80151912 on my Xbox360 console.
Xbox360 games on my Xbox Series X have trouble to access the 'Cloud saved games'.

I feel bad for my other games. It will be like the opening scene of Toy Story 3 for them.

it to 360 should put it on the ready to install section after a quick power cycle. This is one way around this little problem. Am in the insider program myself and have literally just done it that way so it works

it seems you need to purchase it using an xbox 360 console.

i'm trying to find a local 2nd hand copy of the game or a 2nd hand console....
