    Xbox app on multiple devices stopped saving clips recently, so must be an account issue. Error message "Something went wrong - Sorry, we are unable to share this a the moment. Try again in a while" Any ideas why this would happen?

    I suggest re downloading the app. singing back in and ensuring your connection is good. I had this issue once and this fixed it.

    If I were you I would sign out of the profile on both the xbox itself and the app, delete and redownload app then resign in

    Screenshots and clips are uploaded on the Xbox network, but if you saved ones to an external hard drive, disconnect that drive.

    If you want to export the clips and screenshots from the Xbox network you can do it using the Xbox console companion app on PC

    Or the Xbox mobile app

    I'm AJ, an Independent Advisor for the Xbox Community.

    You can see your saved clips on the Xbox mobile app. To do so:

    - Download the Xbox mobile app
    - Sign in to your account
    - Go to Library > Captures
    - If you'd like to view clips only, tap on the filter icon and select "Game Clips".

    In addition to this, you could also see your captures by uploading them to OneDrive and installing the OneDrive app on your phone.
