Saves de jogos [Game Saves]

Eu comprei um Xbox 360 do meu tio que veio com alguns jogos no hd que ele tinha comprado, os dados dos jogos (saves) estão no meu perfil mas o Xbox quebrou e eu precisei comprar um novo. Coloquei o hd com os jogos nesse novo console, mas a conta do meu tio
estava armazenada na memória do xbox que quebrou então eu não pude jogar os jogos. Gostaria de saber se é possível comprar esses mesmos jogos e copiar os dados que estão no hd para o jogo novo, ou isso não e possível?

E também quero saber se eu vou ter que excluir os jogos dele ou se eles vão automaticamente para o meu perfil após a compra.

Any games linked to your profile, That are owned by you can be accessed anytime as long as they are digital. Anything linked to your uncles would require him to sign in and download them

Ok, mas os dados do jogo estão salvos no meu perfil, se eu fizer o download do jogo no meu perfil eu vou poder usar esses mesmos dados?

Thanks for reaching out! I believe you're main question is if you would be able to still access your saved data from the games you played before if you buy the games yourself. If you played connected to the Xbox Live servers then you should be able to.
Because your saved game is stored in the cloud, you can continue playing a game on a different Xbox 360 console right from where you left off.
