    Saved games vanishing then reappearing Age of Empires II Definitive Edition on Game Pass App


    This problem has been happening for almost a week now. My saved games for AoE II Definitive Edition on Game Pass are vanishing and reappearing then vanishing again. It's making it impossible to play AoE on the Game Pass app and ruining my campaign progress.

    I have tried disabling the Norton Firewall as that was creating another issue of making the game stuck at 100% installing but not finishing the download.

    My more pressing problem is trying to find a solution for the saved game problems. I have tried to reinstall the game but that doesn't help the problem either. The saved games are however, appearing in their file location but I can't access them while in game.

    Is this the only game that is having this issue? Kindly also open the Xbox app for Windows.

    In My Library, select the game title.

    Select the More options (…) button and choose Manage.

    Select Files and then Verify and repair.

    It's the Xbox App but if you're on Microsoft Store App you can simply go to "Library" and click on "Games"

    Or you can search Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition - Lords of the West and once you're on the said page click on Age of Empires II: Deluxe Definitive Edition Bundle, scroll down and you should see "In this bundle", click on it and install.
