saved games on your profile

In case this information might be helpful for you, I wanted to add in this.

Hi there,

you can remove a save game (if saved locally on the console or Xbox Live) via these steps:

1. Press the Xbox bottom to open the guide, and then select
   My games & apps.
2. Highlight the game title, and then press the Menu button on your controller.
   
3. Select Manage game.
4. Scroll to the right, highlight the saved data for your gamertag under
   Saved Data, and then press A on your controller.
5. Select Delete option to remove both local and Xbox Live safe game

Note: Some games will save progress online via the games profile, in such case you will need to specify the game and maybe other advise can be given

If this question is for PC then it will be different per game on the steps to take

Let us know the results

Also in your little gaming/achievements section on your profile...if no achievements have been earned you can clear that title off of your social profile. There should be an option for it when hovering over the specific game.

The "Delete Profile and Items" option will delete the profile and all save games linked to that profile on that Xbox (not sure about DLC?). If you chose the "Delete Profile and Items" option on your friend's Xbox, only the save games on that Xbox would be
deleted. The save games on your Xbox, and any of his save games will not be deleted.

You should probably choose the "Delete Profile Only" option, so all your saves remain.

Mister Cerb, that is not entirely accurate. If you move or copy another profile's game save while logged in on your profile, your profile will become the owner of the game save. However, and the xbox tells you this before you confirm the move or copy, your
profile will be unable to earn achievements from that game save.
