Saved game that's too large to sync

each game has a certain allocation of space in the cloud that is not publicly specified. If your game has reached its limit number of save files or storage space it will no longer sync to the cloud

Games like that typically a very large save Files, I suggest you go and delete as many as possible

I have the same thing - the game showed an error when syncing my saves (something about 'your other xbox is taking too long to sync'). Now when I start the game the 'Load game' option is greyed out, implying that my saves are gone.

How long have you let it try to sync for? I've seen that these saves can be VERY large. As such, the data sync can take quite some time if it's pulling from the cloud to your console. One suggestion was to let it go over night.

How exactly did you "clear (just a little) space" on the game itself?

Does the Syncing Data appear as a system dialog box (i.e. a large grey bar across the screen with a green status bar), or is that an in-game sync?

If it's the grey box with a green status bar, go to WWE 2k19, press the Menu button on the controller and choose to manage the game.

Try to clear the local save game storage, as this might be corrupted and prevent the syncing from the cloud.

When you play the game will save too your device (ie pc or console) and the clould at the same time. If for some reason your not connected too the internet or there is a xbox service issue or any other issue that prevents the save been uploaded then the
game will only save too the local device.

When you start the game the next time then the save is out of sync so it will ask you what save you want too use the newer one on the local device or the older one in the clould ( it will also show what one is newer or older) When you choose the one you
want proberly going too be the newer one then that will upload too xbox live and you use that save going forward.

If you choose the older save then the newer save will no longer exist. So you only see the option when the saves are out of sync it isnt made too be choosen each time
