Yes enable cloud saving.

From the xbox 360 go to system, storage, hard drive, games and apps, and then select the file you wish to utilize.

Then select copy and then cloud saved games and it will begin cloud backup.

Once you start the 360 title on Xbox one the cloud saved files should begin to download automatically.

Savegames often use cloud saving on Xbox One nowadays, could try deleting the save data from the game and then open the game again as it should start syncing your save files from the cloud.

You can delete your save file (only on console) then play the game online to download your save file from the cloud.

If you saved over a file and it sync to the cloud. You game progress is lost. You can try running the Xbox Offline and see if your able to load the game from the local file.

If that doesnt work delete the local saved file like Parity said and maybe the cloud didnt catch or sync the saved game progress.
