Save sync Fallout 4

Hey guys, i had to delete all saves due to an error on my xbox recently. So i had to sync all saves from the cloud again, however when i try to sync my fallout 4 save it stops at 3% and doesn't continue even whem let alone for hours. Any help? I already
deleted the failed save again but it doesn't seem to work :/

Sync cloud data not working again and again....

Problem is back for me now.

Fallout 4 and Star Wars Battlefront saves can't be synced.

With Fallout it can take at least half an hour before telling you the sync has failed.

 

Deleting cloud saves but keep local copy for sync issues

Each time I start Fallout 4 the Xbox goes to sync cloud saves and takes hours to do so. I would like to delete those saves so the console does not sync to them. Then once the cloud is clear I would like to upload my local storage so that there are only
three save points, which would only take seconds to sync if it needs to. What's the best approach?

 

No microsoft will not do anything about it. I bought it on day release got to level 10 have not been able to play it since thanks to the useless cloud

The save files for Fallout 4 are quite big and may take a while to sync. To check, can you please share your detailed network statistics to see if your network speeds are slowing down the sync time of the game? Thanks!

 

This is a known issue, it's been coming up for months with no resolution. I've personally been talking to microsoft support for ages, since early March, and I've just been jerked around without any resolution in sight. I've been promised time and time again
that it's being escalated, even by managers, and never do I hear back from them (despite promises to keep on this and take ownership). It's at the point where I can't play my games, and my valued saves are just lost.

I've tried everything posted on any forum out there, spent hours trying to troubleshoot, nothing. Pretty much at the point where I'm done with microsoft entirely.
