Save games disappear on Lamplighters League?

Hey, there is something wrong with the save games on Lamplighter League. I played last night til i got to week 10 in the game, quit, and today when I went back it only had saves up to week 7 which is like 2 hours of lost progress. So I played it again, this time to week 9, saved it and then went into the load menu to make sure it had the save game. It did have it, along with autosaves for week 8, and so I quit ot main menu then when I went to the load screen again in the main menu it once again had deleted all the saves after week 7.Lost like 3-4 hours of gameplay on this, please fix. Playing on cloud.

Also I'd like to say support has been awful. Went to Twitter @xboxsupport and they told me to follow them so I could DM them the issue. I did, it was a bot, and at the end they said they an agent would be with me shortly but after 30 minutes and zero messages I gave up. Then I come to this site and have to put in all this info for it to take me to another page (so putting in the info was totally meaningless) where it told me to post on the forums. I get here, and it says to contact the developer and that there is a list of games that would direct me to who to contact. Except that list doesn't even contain this game so it was another waste of time.

So now Im here typing out my problem for the fourth time hoping someone at XB sees this and can pass it along to someone who can do something about it. This is certainly one of the worst customer service experiences ive ever come across. Im going to go buts if I hit submit on this and you make me jump through hoops again or direct me somewhere else and delete everything ive typed.

I also experienced the exact thing I made it to week 10 and saved the next morning I tried playing and it only had week 1 available I enjoy the game alot but it has bugs that need fixing like I'll be in the middle of a match and for no apparent reason it will crash on me and make me start the mission all over but the most important thing here is the saves please fix this I do enjoy playing the game.
