    SAVE GAME PERDIDO


    Tenho um Xbox One S e perdi o save game de um jogo especifico, o Gears of War 4, apos uma sincronização perdi o save do progresso do jogo. Entrei em contato com o suport e fiz todos os precedimentos e nao resolveu. Me enviaram o link do forum para reportar
    meu problema. Existe alguma possibilidade de recuperar meu progresso no jogo? Isso so aconteceu no Gears of war 4, os outros jogos estao normais.

    Hello , my problem its that i had a gamertag like 5-7 years ago i have soo mcuh things in that account , i would like to know how to recover my old account and put a new email with it , because i forgot my old email , and i dont know if its still exist because
    many old emails that i had , have been deleted , please help with this.

    It seems that your Xbox Live has been redeemed to your account but you do not have the functionality. I Suggest you sign out and sign in again in about 20 minutes. If you still dont have the Xbox Live gold, then you can try clearing the system cache 3 times
    by highlighting the main storage device, press Y on the controller and select "clear system cache". Do this 3 times, restart the console and try to sign in again. If it still does not work for you then I suggest you contact Microsoft support. They might be
    able to help you further.
