    Save game issues


    On my Series X I'm having problems with saving games, I can delete the file from the game management section and then it will save after that, a few games later and it will fail again, very frustrating if you've just spent a chunk of time on a game then have to go through it all again. I've even completely reset my console and reinstalled the games but it's repeating the problem. These issues are with FIFA22, Cricket 22 and COD Vanguard regularly refuses to start multiplayer until I've cleared the saved data...any ideas out there ?

    In case of missing sync or lack of save upload at the cloud servers you lose your progress. Your only alternative in case of lost save is to play again that segment of the game

    Yep, save game file gone after 2 days of playing Battlefield 4, along with problems a couple times in last month with losing video and just displaying black screen until I have to reset the xbox and cut it's power for a couple minutes. If I hadn't already
    invested in a few games I'd just take it back to walmart since it's still within their 90day return policy.

    Hey there VolcanicLynx861.

    If you haven't already tried, please give your Xbox One a full power cycle to see if there's any change. Hold down the power button for 8-10 seconds until it shuts off, then start it back up. If you're still having troubles, try removing your profile and add
    it back to see if that helps. Let us know how it goes :)

    I gave it a go and I thought that it had worked, a couple of days later it's gone back to doing it though
