Save game issue: XBox on PC Game Pass

Hey all,

I have been playing around with the windows game pass for a few weeks, and have satisfied until just now due to this game save issue.

I have been playing Wargroove; put probably a good 20-30 hours into it at this point. I boot up the game this morning, and it asks me to login to the Windows game pass again, like the first time that I played the game. I put in the password, and it starts
from the beginning when I try to play, as opposed to where I left off last night. The only other game I have really played with this service has the save game intact.

Does anybody have any idea how I can access my saved game? Either through the cloud or locally on my machine?

The simple answer is to sign out and resign in. That is typically the issue. Here's a link to cloud data. That said it could very well be a common server issue:

Thank you for your response. Based on those threads, I am unfortunately no closer to a solution. The Wargroove package save folder is empty, and in general, the entire folder looks like it was not accessed since the day I installed the game a few weeks
ago.

Since it appears that I cannot access my save game locally, at least based on those threads, is there some other solution? Perhaps on the cloud?

To reiterate, I was 20-30 hours into the game. When I accessed it this morning, the xbox app had me login again, and it again asked me again for access permissions, similar to the first time I played the game.

Is there some way to access my prior save? Is there a way to see my cloud saves through the Microsoft store app?
