Hello,

so I am currently living in my college dorm and i have a laptop on which it tells me that i have to start sea of thieves all over again but

I already have a nice save file on my home PC how do i get the same save file on my dorm laptop

You can only be able to access your progress from the home PC only if the progress has been saved on cloud. If not, then you will have to access the home PC and sync your game progress to the cloud storage.

Hi there!

I am afraid that the game doesn't support cloud saves. Your data must have been stored only locally. That would be the reason why it cannot be accessed on your new PC.

Please note that not all games on PC platform has cloud saves unless you're using an Xbox console.

Hello Josh, I'm sorry about what's going on, however after you've had your request denied you requested a refund for the other purchase you made of the game?

By its description were two separate purchases, not a purchase that had a double charge.

I ask this because all refund requests are made by the form you filled out, in which case Xbox support can't help you.
