    Save file conundrum


    my fiance and I have shared my profile for about five years now but have recently separated on good terms. However we are seeking a way to transfer his game files to a new profile for him while maintaining my own save files on my Xbox one. Is there anyway
    to do this?

    Sorry, but nothing can be transferred between accounts. That's partially why sharing of accounts is not actually allowed.

    I had no idea, guess I never thought it through. Just assumed it would save on live having just one. Well this is a bit of a bummer and I don’t know where to go from here. Thank you for your time and your response. Darn.
