Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have a question on save data to the cloud. On PC a lot of saves are stored on the PC themselves. So when you re-formatted the PC it deleted the save file.

O save do jogo está presente no console e na nuvem. Ao reinstalá-lo, o save da nuvem será automaticamente baixado novamente para o console. Só será removido da nuvem se você escolher especificamente esta opção.

Porém, antes de fazer isso, experimente desligar o console, removê-lo da tomada por 10 min e liga-lo novamente. Na maioria dos casos esse simples passo resolve o problema.
