    Sandberg Headset issues....


    Hi, apologies if this has been done too death. Recently bought a sandberg savage headset after reading an article talking about some of the best console headsets under £50. It stated that they would work one xbox one but as I'm now lead to believe, a plug
    in USB headset won't work with xbox unless its xbox branded.

    Is there any quick fixes so I'm still able to use the headset ie buying an adaptor, or am I best returning? Thanks

    The Xbox One does not support USB headsets, you need a headset that can plug in the 3.5 mm jack socket in the controller, or a wireless headset compatible with Xbox One.

    I haven't, but the wireless connects direct, not through the controller, so I dont think that's it? I will try though!

    Just to edit and add something - all 3 controllers we have work perfectly otherwise. It just seems to be a problem with reading that the headset is attached.
