    Cela fait deux fois que mon compte est frappé d une interdiction..... je voudrais savoir quel est l objet de mon délit ?

    Je n ai pas l impression d avoir commis une faute donc je vous remercie d avance pour votre explication.

    sanctions injuste par un autre joueur

    Mon fils s'est fait suspendre pour sanctions par un autre joueur sur mon compte. il n'a rien fait de mal et j'aimerais que cette sanction soit enlevee. svp veuillez communiquer avec moi.

    [Translation: My son was suspended for sanctions by another player on my account. He did nothing wrong and I would like to see that sanction removed. Please contact me.]

    If you go to the
    Xbox Enforcement website     you will be able to review any enforcement actions received and if eligible request a case review.

    Please don't forget when using your Xbox to be mindful of the
    Xbox Code of conduct     and
    Terms of use     and if someone sends you a message that is not appropriate do not replay to that message just report it.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately, you will not be able to reach the enforcement team here on the forums. I recommend visiting our Enforcement website for all info regarding Bans/Suspensions. Once
    you log in, click on the suspension and it will show the duration.



    If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website.

    It's possible that there may be an issue with your Xbox Live account that is causing the suspension message to appear incorrectly. I would recommend contacting Xbox support for further assistance. You can contact them via phone and live chat at support.xbox.com/contact-us.

    It could also be a bug in the Alpha Skip Ahead ring that causing the issue, reporting it to Microsoft will help them investigate and fix it. It's also worth noting that being in the Alpha Skip Ahead ring can come with some risks, and there may be unexpected bugs or issues that arise while using it.
