    Samsung UN55HU7250 Not Supported


    Just bought a new TV and the Xbox One is unable to control it. It simply does not have the right codes as none of the codes seem to work, plus my model is not listed when I search, not even a model close to it. Please let me know how to resolve.

    You never know. Probably when UHD TV's actually become more widely accepted.

    I believe there is an option for the console to try and automatically detect the TV. Give that a try. It's what I had to do for my soundbar when I first set it up.

    Okay, I started a thread over at the Samsung forum. I will see if anyone comments. If not perhaps I need to start a support ticket with Samsung. I found one other user who experienced this with an NU8000 model Samsung.
