    Hello,

    I have an Xbox one X and for some reason my UN50TU8000FXZA which is 4K UHD with HDR10 isn't working with my X. For some reason the input signal plus doesn't show anything and IF I get it to work when I start a game it just goes off and says no signal or
    no device detected, its a shame because I went out and got an 4k tv and can't seem to get to reap the benefits. When I check 4k details it shows 4k supported but not hdr, then it shows tv not supported? I have searched the web and still can't seem to find
    anything.

    Same version as well? Then it has to be Samsung and their newest update. I think we should contact Samsung and let them know. 1-800-Samsung.
