    Samsung TV model not listed under TV setup


    I have a Samsung tv (Model #: UN40J5200AF, Model Code: UN40J5200AFXZA) that I'm trying to setup under Device Control. Unfortunately, neither my model number or model code are listed. I contacted Xbox Support, which told me to contact Samsung Support, which
    told me to recontact Xbox Support for a remote code. When I recontacted Xbox Support, the person I was talking to directed me here. I was hoping I could help get this issue resolved. Thanks!

    Xbox turns tv off then immediately back on.

    I was having a similar issue with my Samsung tv and I just reset the tv setup and got the Xbox One to auto detect model of tv and it has worked from then on.

    What TV Are You Currently Using With Your Xbox One?

    Samsung 32" 1080p LCD - don't know the model number, but i've had it for 4 years. Great TV though! oh, and I use the tv speakers, no additional setup

    Adding my TV model as well:

    Samsung KS8000.

    I've been bugging the **** out of Xbox and Samsung on whom is responsible, each is pointing the finger at each other. I believe Samsung however, as the issue seems to be across the board with multiple brands of TV's and models.

    Hope this is fixed!!!!!!
