Samsung to have PS3 game hub built into there 2015 TV's

Samsung all the way, I have owned 4 in the past all were superb and served their purpose, and just got this one myself.

It is stunning. Tiny tiny little bit of input lag. But not really that much of an issue, especially once you put it into game mode, then the lag is virtual none existent.

By far the best TV and quality image I have seen/used.

Works and looks perfectly on my Xbox, Kinect, PS3, MOVE, Wii and Blu-Ray player.

3D is pretty cool in games and movies, and the smart Hub is us full too :O)

Plus its built in Wi-Fi really helps.

Any news on this problem I been searching all night and still not able to get one guide to work my TV has freeway built in and I record TV on a hard drive I have Samsung ue55f8000st TV

I remember the time when buying a TV wasn't this complicated... lol. I bought a Samsung 4K TV back in April but it's an early 2015 model, sadly it hasn't got HDR and don't have the money to buy a new one.

I know from reading Twitter and other social media sites ALOT of people have asked the same.

Most replies to this is what Hun Kim said above, you will still get the benefit, just not the full benefit if your TV hasn't got HDR. I stress though it's only what I've read.

We just bought a new Samsung 4K with HDR but the nice chap told my friend who was also after a new 4K with HDR that a lot of Samsung TVs from 2015/2016 that didn't have HDR received updates to add HDR so for people who after a TV with HDR that already have
a Samsung 4K check whether you TV has already been updated, chances are if it was a 2015/16 model you already have it. Could save yourself a fair bit of money.

The LG looks good but the mrs wants the bbc and itv player built in to watch soaps unfortunately.

Both BBC iPlayer and ITV Hub are on Xbox One

BBC iPlayer is available on pretty much all Smart TV's. The ITV hub might be more tricky. My Sony Bravia Smart TV has ITV but it's locked behind YouView.

I've not used ITV hub on my TV via the built in app as to use it you need to tune in with a digital Ariel. Well at least you do initially. But my TV has a built in Chrome Cast, so I stream via my Android tablet or phone.

I can't say for sure whether the LG uses YouView, but my TV is running Android as its Operating System, the LG TV's have their own OS called WebOS.
