Samsung (Televisions) HG40EA790MS: How to connect my headphones
    Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear about the issue with connecting the headset.

As XBF Leonzo mentioned in his reply, "We have an article entitled
Connecting a Compatible Headset to Xbox One
which explains how to connect a headset, and find out which headsets are compatible. The 3.5-mm port on the bottom of the controllers is designed to utilize both audio and microphone
    capabilities."

Look like that headset is not compatible for the Xbox One as per the article.

    Hope this helps.

    :)

I just got a Samsung QN75Q7F. When playing games I see blurriness around the edge of the screen. It also happens behind the HUD. Is there a way to fix this?

    Thanks

    Hello RashFurball2951,

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Which headphones are you attempting to use with the console? Are you connecting to an Xbox One or Xbox 360 controller? We have an article entitled

Connecting a Compatible Headset to Xbox One
which explains how to connect a headset, and find out which headsets are compatible. The 3.5-mm port on the bottom of the controllers is designed to utilize both audio and microphone capabilities. Be sure to let
    us know the results!

  6. RashFurball,

What brand of headphones are these and are they Xbox supported?

You could try purchasing an dual 3.5 mm to single 3.5 mm adapter to see if that helps.

Keep us updated on the situation.

You must ask this question to Samsung because is a TV related issue not an Xbox fault.

Check if your TV firmware is updated, maybe Samsung itself fix this lack of features.
