    Samsung galaxy S21 Xcloud issue .


    samsung galaxy S21 doesn't work with Xbox streaming/Xcloud. some of the controller buttons don't work. It works perfectly on the hub, but not in-game. I tested 3 controllers, bluetooth or USB. I checked that they were up to date. Same observation! in-game only A,B,X,LB,RB,START,Home,XBOX are OK.

    I have same exact issue with my Samsung Galaxy s21 Ultra. Game pass mobile app used to work fine, I upgraded my main account to Game Pass Ultimate, and the mobile app crashes immediately. I just tried the airplane mode and wifi reconnect, and the app will now stay connected.

    to answer your questions

    1. I have not tested voice chat in any other xcloud games, but I will try this tonight and report back.
    2. The platforms I tested on are the following
      1. Steam Deck - Steam OS/Edge Browser
      2. PC - Windows 10/Chrome Browser
      3. Android - Samsung S21/Android 13/Game Pass App
      4. Android - Samsung S21/Android 13/Kiwi Browser with Edge User agent.
    3. I was not deafened in guild chat, I did hear them for second. I am not sure if they could hear me, but guild members did tell me they did not mess with my chat settings from their end.

    Having the same problem with the gamepass app constant crashes and can never actually stream any games on my Galaxy s21 ultra
