Xbox One X will not work with supposedly compatible monitor

Xbox one X need last firmware

use Xbox one X bundle hdmi cable

HDMI Ultra Deep Color need "ON" , if monitor had and monitor setting "Customer"

Monitor "ON" then Xbox one X "ON", SETUP resolution for 4K...

I bought a LG 27UD69-W , I must HDMI Ultra Deep Color "ON" for 4K resolution...

    anyway... try it?

    Attivare Freesync

    Buongiorno a tutti

Goodmorning everyone I have an Xbox One X with only HDMI outputs and a Samsung U28E590 Gaming Monitor that has 2 HDMI outputs and a display port. The update was recently released to take advantage of freesync on the Xbox. The monitor
allows me to activate the Freesync only via displayport. How do I connect the Xbox One X to the monitor?

Hopefully the Xbox One X will be able to support the 3840 x 1080 specs you are seeking but as or right now I don't believe it does. It will adjust to the best settings is programmed to do so as capable per hardware and software.

Xbox one X can be configured at 32: 9 resolution on samsung monitor?

I have the xbox one xy samsung monitor chg90 49 inches but the image is squeezed and does not fit as my laptop does please help me if you know how to make the resolution does not look ugly (the photo is an example of how it looks 😥
    )

    Response:

    Hi there,

as far as I know the Xbox One (X) doesn't support a 32:9 resolution. The supported resolutions can be found here:

    https://support.xbox.com/xbox-one/console/tv-resolutions

The only thing you can try is to set up the monitor via it's own menu that it will show the correct resolution, so with black bars on both sides
