    Over a week of waiting! Still cant load Tri Peaks!! Not rocket science is it? Does anyone from Microsoft actually read this stuff??

    I was wondering if you could go more into detail about your issue, like what console you are on (Xbox One, Xbox One S, or Xbox One X) and are there any error codes that come up when you try to load any games?

    The only thing that I can think of at this time since all I have to go on is that "It will not load any of the games I bought" is try doing a hard reset/reboot. Here is how you can perform a hard reset (or power cycle) Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console
