Discus and support Same Xbox yet other account can't access live in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have Xbox live gold and it works just fine but my sister can't access online features or games it says that she is basically restricted from using it...     I have Xbox live gold and it works just fine but my sister can't access online features or games it says that she is basically restricted from using it but her account has no restrictions how do I fix this

    Xbox Live Confusion?

    Xbox Live is free.

    You can make a Gold account, or a Silver account.

    The Gold account gives you access to access to play online, along with free monthly games and weekly deals. This has a fee.

    The Silver account gives you access to Xbox Live and apps, but you just can't play online or get the free games. This is free.

    Connects to internet fine.....but no XBox live.

    Im having the same problems. Randomly can't sign in to XBOX live, yet other times I get on no problem. Each time I can't sign in, it says I can connect to my network and the internet, but can't sign in to LIVE

    Hello,

    I suggest you to sign in at your xbox live account through your PC and notice if it shows the same avatar. If you can't access your live account this way I suggest you to contact the xbox live support.

    Cannot sign in to xbox live via dashboard..

    Experiencing the same problem. Logged onto my xbox and immediately got prompted to sign into my XBOX Live account with my login and password. Went through the whole pain the *** questions only to tell me that I have my backup email account AND my backup
    phone number set up already but none the less I go through the whole two-step security procedure. Yet I still can't access XBOX Live because my login and password is apparently wrong even though . I am lonly using the same login/password to access this xbox.com,
    my live.com account, my outlook.com, etc.

    Just fix this!!

    IIRC, the original account needs to be signed in before other users in the same console can access the content.
