same question about problem with microsoft

for the love of god , stop closing threads without solving them .

as i said there is no legal actions agaist you and by you i mean microsoft and i didnt threat anyone i said very clearly that i was sent here to try and reach an agreement about the problem created by you and again you i mean microsoft .

this case already went too far microosft needs to assume its own mistakes instead of giving excuses , you guys think telling me hey you could have the right to be compensated but since you contacted too many times you lost it or you couldnt enter the giveaway
because you traveled to portugal to your mother funeral during the giveaway is any awser to all of this ?

where in the world contacting to much complaning about mistakes microsoft made makes me lose any right ? or where have you stated that when someone enters a giveaway he cant leave the country during that time ?

someone may actually be crazy over there and this awsers given y your legal team just show how bad intentions microsoft have and that is why i asked informations and i was told to come here and ask a deal to end this without anything more .

i dont need you telling me i didnt contact you while the giveaway was on i explained you the reasons and who fault it was , i was told for a month you already had the case and was solving it how the hell was i supose to know you didnt had anything ?

if i go to a support and dont trust what they say what will i be doing then ?
