    Same problem multiple controllers


    Any help would be appreciated I have 3 Xbox one controllers all official Microsoft ones, they are all experiencing the same issues, on all 3 controllers the

    LB, RB, X and the + button do not work on any of them??? I have done updates on them all and on the console itself, I’ve tried holding down on the xbox button for 6 seconds and reset and I’ve tried holding down on the power button on console for 10 seconds then rebooting, none of which work when I go to check button they don’t respond, surly all 3 can’t be broken with exactly the same issue any help would be much appreciated thanks

    100% agree i've gone through multiple offical xbox controllers and all had the same problem they just dont last if cheap 3rd party controllers last longer than an official microsoft product you know there is a problem.

    I hope it's just a software bug with the controller that can be handled by a controller update in the access app. I've read on multiple people saying they are up to their 4th controller with the same problem so not going through that. They should just
    put out info on the problem and drop the fix soon...

    I have the same problem, I tried updating my controller and when I took out the charging cable the controller turned off. I've tried multiple batteries and troubleshooting, nothing has worked.
