    2 Years Later, Reward Points Still Don't Deposit

    It's been 2 years now and my account is still borked. I have spent thousands with XBOX and reward points are still not being deposited into my account. It took over a year for me to get someone to deposit points into my account when I was over 100k points.
    Still no way this will ever get fixed? GT:

    Havent gotten any rewards points

    Hi Xbox Rewards Team, Im here because over the past year i haven't gotten any rewards from buying things over the xbox store and for renewing my gold membership. I've spent over $200 USD and haven't gotten any rewards points, the only points I've received
    are from the surveys that Ive have done

    I bought 5 games last year to get one of their **** missions complete to get around 7500 points i believe, gave me nothing and not even the points for the game itself and nothing since for new purchases.

    If not then that's why,only over 18's can get reward points from game pass quests now.

    40 microsoft points. grrrr

    bing rewards isn't bad, not amazing but it's better then nothing. xbox rewards for the most part is terrible, most of it is "buy this over priced crap, get $1 back" but sometimes they have good stuff for free points.

    Gems converting 1:1 is basically a scam. According to the vault rewards, gems should automatically convert to Microsoft rewards points at 1:20. If not, at least stop pretending that a digital reward you have full control over is out of stock. What a disgusting
    way to treat your users.
