Same Email. New Account. I want to go to my Previous one

Greetings. I rarely ever do such a thing like this. Asking for support in forums and community Help.

But this issue had suddenly sprung up. And I had but received constant and confusing roadblocks all the way up this point.

But the issue is:

I, own a XBOX Social account. I used it to play Minecraft.

I remember the gamertag it used: LordMinyCutie.
I remember the email It had. I also remember both the associated E-mail, and the phone, which are the same ones I' using to sign right now.

I've recently was forced to do a factory reset, and I prepared to re-login onto all of my accounts. Including this one.

I typed the password. and all went accordingly. Yet, when I joined, It simply created a complete new account from scratch.

That appears to be bizarre as I used all of the same resources as before. But yet, with no explanation as, far as I took, explained clearly what I must do, or why this happens.

All I wish to do, Is to be able to enter using a different way to my previous account. that I remember all informations, yet created a new account instead. email.

As if I don't fix it that means an entire account, with resources and achievements and that I spent money will be gone.

I don't own an XBOX. But I am on a PC, the same one I previously used to log-in with.

This is all but confusing, and searching further along had not resolved this issue I'm experiencing, as to why this has to be so confounding.

It seems bafflingly complex for a simple request but I am unsure to what to do now, but wait for hopeful answers.

I hope its clear enough that this is a particular case. but I wished to solving it as having to pay for something again, seems not the best idea.

Each e-mail address has a unique Gamertag. If you are logging into Minecraft, or logging into your MS Account, and you don't see the Gamertag you mentioned above, you may be logging into a different e-mail.

Think back to when you created your Microsoft account. Were you using a different internet service provider for email at the time? Because your Microsoft account email address is essentially a username, you don’t need to be able to access that old email account to use it to sign in to Xbox. (But if you forgot your password, you may need to)

Some examples include:

Try different domains. @yahoo, @gmail, @hotmail, @company

Go to xbox.com and try signing in with the email address you think is associated with your Xbox account. If you can sign in, the email address and password you entered are valid.

The gamertag associated with this email address will be displayed in the upper-right corner of the screen. If it's not the same one, you are signing in with a different email address. You can check your email accounts for messages about your Xbox or Minecraft subscription. This may help you determine which email address is associated with your subscription.

Alternatively, If a family member has an account associated with your account, they can look up your sign-in info from their account.

Have your family member sign in to their account at account.microsoft.com/family. Sign in to account
Find your name—the email, phone number, or Skype name you use to sign in should appear below it.

Yes. I actually was.. using a different provider.

Different issues lead to my area having no internet for two straight months. I only recently got a connection back, and we've indeed changed providers.

Yet I used the same PC, and Emails.

But..EUREKA!

I've found the right E-mail!

I simply had different e-mails similar in original prefix. As Name and Surname.

I've right now entered my original account! I knew something was missing.
Unintentionally this helped!

Therefore this thread and solution has been.

RESOLVED

Morale of the story: Make sure you checked ALL of your e-mails and, try to keep some more order when you can!

I want to make a new account with the same email, will deleting my old account allow me to make a new one using the same email?

I am having the same issue. I had a previous gamertag associated with my current microsoft email address. In fact, i received xbox live rewards info as recently as the 16th referring to my old account. I picked up an xbox from a buddy and logged in using
my windows account info (same email associated with the previous gamertag) and i was given a new one. It is incredibly frustrating.
