  3. Why I have problems with the console, 0x80a40010?

    Same here, in Ukraine. I'm unable to sign in via console. And the funny thing is, unless you sign in, you cannot use any of the features - nor watching Youtube, neither launch VLC. I suggest you all to make a request to the Microsoft with kind of refund
    or compensation, or prolongation for the out-of-service issue, cause a lot of us are using Xbox Gold subscription.

    Xbox Community cannot cancel purchases on customers behalf. You will have to request a refund -- please follow the steps

    . Make sure please that you are signed into the same Microsoft account that was used for the purchase.

    this is an issue you would have to contact support about, obviously the new consoles are in short supply at the moment, if you purchased direct from microsoft then they can only offer you what is available, if there is a shortfall on consoles then it is
    more logical for them to refund it to you as the console cannot be replaced at this time, same for repairs, if its something that cannot be repaired or beyond ecinomically viable then the same applies.

    Yes you can request a refund for the original purchase. Purchased items are tied to an account and cannot be transferred.

    How to request a refund

    MS cannot be redeemed for money but they never expire. They also cannot be refunded. All Microsoft points are treated the same.
