    Misleading sales

    Currently there is 2 combo titles up for sale on the deals with gold page.

    Saints Row 4 / Gat out of Hell combo for 7.50

    Metro Redux combo for 7.50

    However every time you click to purchase, the price goes back up to 30 per combo pack....fix this sale issue or remove it off of the sale page.

    Definition of false advertising according to lawyers.com:

    the crime or tort of publishing, broadcasting, or otherwise publicly distributing an advertisement that contains an untrue, misleading, or deceptive representation or statement which was made knowingly or recklessly and with the intent to promote the sale
    of property, goods, or services to the public

    The article that is linked to even states that 'technically, yes they did false advertise' according to the BBB.

    Sorry - this statement was misleading: "The duplication is on the PC (multiple PCs actually)."

    As mentioned previously, the duplication is on the server (ad of course can be seen from multiple PCs).

    Ask for partial refund. Not as described so you want some money back for both misleading sale and to get it cleaned.
