I would like to request Sales and Promotions issue me a gift card in order to purchase a Madden NFL 19 Hall of Fame edition through Xbox Live within the next 10 hours please and thank you.

wrong amount for year subscription promotion

its not renewal points because the promotion was for a gift card with a key and i received a message for a gift card for 5$ and not 15$ like the promotion promised.

 

$10 Promotion Gift Card for purchasing Gold

I did not receive my $10 Gift Card from the promotion once I bought the Gold. I bought Gold through the promotion and that was on February 12th. I was wondering what I will have to do to receive the $10 Gift Card.

 

Asking for codes is not allowed on the forums.

I wouldn't doubt it. They're known for giving incorrect information. But there's no one here that will just give you a free gift code. You would have to purchase one from a retailer. Or you can sign up, if you haven't already, for the Microsoft Rewards program
and earn points to redeem a gift card.
