sale items impossible to d/l

skyrim, gow1, nfs pursuit, resident evil 4, bulletstorm (possibly others i haven't tried to purchase) are impossible to d/l - either showing cost as -1 or generating error code 800700E8 - is this my issue or is it just the usual MS serial incompetence -
if its the first reason how do i resolve issue, if its the second reason for gods sake MS get your bloody act together - it can't be that difficult to simply change the price of an item without displaying such a staggering level of incompetence - oh well off
to spend my cash at amazon instead who seem quite happy to accept my hard-earned

Won't let me make purchases via xbox.com

dont you still have to have a valid payment item to d/l via xbox.com? Even if the item is free This happened to a friend of mine.

your region outside of the sale times, you may not be able to purchase them during the sale.

However, could you post up which region you are located in? This will help us narrow down where the possible issue may lie, and see if we can get those working for you.

If you got to "games and apps" then down to "queue", click on it, you'll see it says everything for Destiny is "queued" which means it's ready for d/l. The 18gb d/l is to let you start playing the game while the other parts d/l and install. Pretty much like
all the other games you d/l for xbox 1. It lets you start playing the game while the d/l finishes...

Not the best sale, trust MS to discount the game they gave away for free lol.

Just tried to look at the UK price for TOV but i only have the option to d/l the demo.
